Conclusion of a 4-year framework agreement (48 months) in order to supply electricity to the consumer points belonging to the Municipal HospitalCampulung Moldovenesc.

The contracting authority intends to purchase electricity expressed in kWh, at the consumption points under its subordination, in the quantities specified in the Tariff.

Minimum quantities-and maximums that could be the subject of the subsequent framework / contract agreement are those set out in the Annexes to the tender specifications. The estimated maximum value of the largest sub-contracts is 181730.25 RON without VAT.

The estimated value of the framework agreement without VAT: between RON 559, 170.00 without VAT and RON 726, 921.00 without VAT. candidate or tenderer:

The bidders, the supporting third parties and the subcontractors MUST not find themselves in the situations provided by art. 164, 165 and 167 of Law no. 98 / 2016.

The manner by which the fulfillment of the requirement can be demonstrated: the economic operators participating in the award procedure (including associates / third-party supporters / subcontractors) will be added to the DUAE with information related to their situation.the supporting documents proving the fulfillment of the assumed by completing the DUAE, shall be presented at the request of the contracting authority, the POTENTIAL CLIENT OFFICER CLASSIFIED ON THE FIRST PLACE, in the intermediate classification, based on the provisions of art. 196 of the Public Procurement Act no. 98 / 2016.

These documents may be:

The bidders, the supporting third parties and the subcontractors must not find themselves in the situations provided by art.60 of the Law 98/2016. In this respect, at the date of the presentation of the DUAE, a declaration on your own responsibility (scanned and signed with extended electronic signature) will be completed and attached to the SEAP along with the DUAE.

Note: DUAE failure at one timewith the offer draws the rejection of this as unacceptable. Information on the association: If a group of economic operators in the associatea joint bid, each economic member of the association will present the DUAE including the information on how to meet the requirements of economic and financial capacity. All documents must be presented in a copy certified to comply with the original.

Requirement 1: Turnover The presentation of the global turnover averaged over the last 3 years, -respectively 2015, 2016, 2017, to be at least 363, 460.50 RON (according to art.175 paragraph (2) of Law 98/2016) The bidder ranked first after application of the award criterion on the admissible tenders proves the fulfillment of the requirements related to the economic and financial situation, as a rule, by presenting, as appropriate, one or more of the following information and documents- presentation of the financial statements or extracts from the financial statements, if the publication of the financial statements is provided by the legislation of the country where the economic operator is established; depending on the date of establishment or the start of the economic operator's activity, to the extent that the turnover information is available.
