General order is fordelivery of net electricity and coordinator of a standard balancing group, full administration of the information flow with ESO EAD as well as assuming the cost of imbalances for 151 low-voltage objects

When executing the order, electricity should be supplied with quality and line as provided by the Energy Act (Energy Act) and other regulatory acts which, redefine the public relations related to the supply of electricity (including the regulations to the Energy Efficiency Act, the Electricity Trading Rules and the Electricity Measurement Rules (PIPEE)).

As a Balancing Group Coordinator "the contractor should assume responsibility for balancing, include the contracting entity in the balancing energy market as a(indirect member) in a standard balancing group without the contracting entity paying a participation fee and to ensure that the contracting authority's consumption is forecast, including the administration of the time schedules for the contracting authority's consumption

The full scope of the activity is in accordance with the technical specifications, an integral part from the documentation. Total estimated delivery quantity of net active elementkin energy for the duration of the contract is 4 000 mW / h

1. The participant should have a valid electricity trading license, which includes the activity of the "Balancing Group Coordinator", issued by the CESR, in accordance with the Energy Act.2 The participant should be entered in the register of ESO EAD of the commercial participants registered as co-ordinators of standard balancing groups, such as kThe number of members of the balancing group to which the participant is a co-ordinator should be at least 1 000.

The requirements under items 1 and 2 shall apply for local and foreign entities, including because a trading balancing group and a co-ordinator of a standard balancing group require a license andrelevant registrations under local law - Art. 58, para. 1, item 1 and item 3 of the Rules for Trade in Electricity in connection with Art. 40 para. 1 and para. 7 in relation to Art. 39, para. 5, para. 1, item 5 of the Energy Act
