The subject of the contract is the electricity supplier, including the coordination and provision of distribution services and taking responsibility for the deviation of 24 months for organizations acceding to the VO on the basis of the conditions set out in the Notice of Declaration-public procurement and procurement.

Main Site: Takes off the sites established in administrative and warehouse buildings, respectively. in public lighting objects to an organization acceding to public procurement. The contract involves the supply of electricity including the coordination and security of distribution services and the assumption of liability for a 24-month imbalance for the organization-accessing the VO in the following tariff passports and estimated quantities:

1. It takes places in administrative and warehouse buildings

The high tariff is supposed to be 449, 560 MWh

2. It will take over 358, 040 MWh

3 in the administration of low-cost buildings. It takes places in administrative and outbuilding buildings

Single allowance is assumed1 897, 352 MWh

4. Public Lighting

High tariffs estimate 370, 230 MWh

5. The Public Lighting

Low tariff assumes an amount of 833, 952 MWh

6. Public Lighting

The Single Rate foresees an amount of 782, 040 MWh

The Applicant must meet the conditions for participation in the personal status according to - 32 par. 1 of the Act and prove their fulfillment by the documents pursuant to - 32 paragraph 2, 4 and para. 5 submitted in fororiginal or photocopied photos. The applicant may prove fulfillment of the terms and conditions for the personal status entered in the list of economic entities pursuant to - 152 paragraph 1 of the Act, according to which the economic entity in the public procurement may prove fulfillment of the conditions of the personal status in the public procurement pursuant to - 32 data and documents, list of hospOdryky subjekty

1. The estimated value of the order is set as the estimated total cost of electricity supplies to public procurement organizations over a period of 24 months expressed in EUR, exclusive of VAT, including the tariff for electricity distribution, including electricity and heat transfer for electricity transmission and distribution as well as other regulated items (tarifa za syst-movservices, tariffs for provisioning of the system) according to a decision of the URSO for the Regulation of the Network Industries of the Slovak Republic (URSO), including excise duty and levying to the National Nuclear Fund for the decommissioning of nuclear facilities and for spent nuclear fuel and radioactive waste management. Communication portal within the meaning of - 20 par. 2 ZVO is the portal www.ezakazky.sk. I will be available to every interested person on the electronic communication portal www.ezakazky.sk without

Restrictions. In order to request and provide the tender documents:

a) the economic entity enters the internet advertiser's address www.ezakazky.sk, b) clicks on the names of the bids, c) clicks on the Application for participation / the tender documents, d) into the system as followsb1: D1) if the economic entity has already established an account in the system, it will register directly with its already provided login data (in the case of forgotten login data, the possibility of sending the login electronically to the electronic address D2) if the economic entity has not established an account in systeme, clicks on the Registry and follows the instructions given for the registration in the systemme directly on the internet site www.ezakazky.sk. I will be interested in the compilation of the tender documents and all other documents related to the tender documents designated by the contracting authority for the preparation of the offer in the electronic system at the electronic address www.ezakazky.sk

In case of need of explanation of the conditions for participation in the public procurement, the tender documents or other accompanying documentsor other documents provided to the contracting authority within the time limit for the submission of tenders, according to the law, any of the persons concerned may request, within the statutory time limit, a specific public procurement law to explain them directly in the award of the contract. The request for explanation must be delivered within a reasonable period specified by the law through the electronic communication portal www.ezakazky.sk. neposrequires the application to be delivered to the e-mail address of the contact person of the contracting authority. The above procedure also applies if the economic operator obtains the tender documents from the Profile of the contracting authority or in some other way. - In keeping with the principle of equal treatment of interested parties and the principle of transparency, the contracting authority has identified the aforementioned communicationThe contracting authority will not take into account the fact that the contracting authority in the tender documents did not express any individual communication in particular cases. In accordance with Section 39 of the Act, the economic operator may provisionally replace the documents proving the fulfillment of the conditions of the part determined by the contracting authority by submitting a single European document (JED). The handler delivers the documentduly proving the fulfillment of the conditions of part time replaced by JED to the contracting authority within the term stipulated in -39, 6 Zakona

4. As a result of the public tender, Ramc's agreement will be concluded with a successful bidder for a period of 24 months. The performance of the contract is subject to special conditions - Act No. 251/2012 Z.z. on Energy and Act No. 250/2012 Z.z. on regulation in network industries. Predmet verejnee procurement is not a green matter, its subject is not an innovation, nor does it concern the social aspects.
