Framework Supply and Transmission Agreement and Associated Services

Master Agreement enters into an open tender procedure pursuant to the provisions of Articles 66 to 68, 78 and 79 of the Decree No. 2016-360 of 25.3.2016 relating to public markets. Framework Agreement goes to open bidding process under the provisions of Articles 66 to 68, 78 and 79 of Decree No 2016-360 of 25.3.2016 relating tos public. The stipulations of the framework agreement are intended to select a certain number of awardees likely to be able to answer the future contracts to be passed (to name subsequent marches) and to determine the terms governing these marches passed on its foundation by the Municipality of Vallauris Golfe-Juan. This Framework Agreement and its subsequent marches deal with the supply and delivery ofelectricity supply to the delivery points and the provision of associated services. The validity period of the framework agreement is 4 years from the date of its notification to the Grantors. Given the inability to accurately assess the amount of energy that will be provided, the framework agreement is concluded without any minimum or maximum.

- document proving that the candidate has a specific authorization or is a member of a specific organization to be able to provide the service concerned in his country of origin,

- a copy of the ministerial authorization ofsupply of electricity in accordance with Article L. 333-1 of the Energy Code. The certificates and non-compulsory certificates (Letter of application (DC1) and declaration of the candidate (DC2)). At the opening may then be demanded by the contracting authority.

- appropriate declaration of banks or proof of insurance for professional risks.

The options are not applicable for the framework agreement, however the specific parts at a subsequent market may include them. Candidates are not allowed to be candidand the framework agreement both: - as an individual candidate,

- as members of groupings.

In the case of a grouping, the form required by the contracting authority is a joint and several group. If the group (s) awarded by the framework agreement are (are) of a different form, they may be obliged to ensure that it is transformed to comply with the wish of poweras described above. The opening date of the tenders mentioned in this notice is indicative and may be modified later. Candidates may submit their offer either in paper form or electronically (dematerialized). Paper offers should be sent by registered mail with acknowledgment of receiptto be certain of the date of receipt and to guarantee their confidentiality, or rebates against recepisse. The framework agreement gives rise, on its own, to no financial flow to the benefit of any of the Attributors, only the subsequent marches are suscecan be generated.
