The participant must hold a license for the activity "trade in electricity", including for the activity "standard balancing group coordinator" in accordance withwith the Energy Act and other relevant legal acts, as well as with the administrative acts issued by the Energy and Water Regulatory Commission (CESR) or equivalent.

The participant in the procedure should have achieved a minimum total turnover, including a minimum turnover in the sphere falling under the scope of the contract, amounting to 2 million (2 million) leva, excluding VAT, calculated on the basis of annual turnoverbut par. 2, item 67 of the PPL "annual total turnover" is the sum of the net sales revenue; "turnover within the scope of the contract" is an amount equal to the net sales revenue realized from activities falling within the scope of for the last 3 (three) completed financial years, depending on the date when the participant was established or started its activity.is the offer to demonstrate compliance with the requirement in Part IV, Section B: "Economic and Financial Condition", field "Annual Turnover" of EEDOP, the participants should provide the relevant information. The participant provides as proof the total turnover and / or the turnover in the scope covered by the contract.

When the participant is unable to provide the requestedhe may prove his economic and financial standing by means of any other document that the contracting authority considers appropriate.
