The subject of the contract is the electricity supply for Radio and Television of Slovakia, including the provision of distribution services and assuming responsibility for the deviation for the period from 00.00 hrs. CET on 1.1.2019 to 24.00 CET on 31.12.2020 in the expected quantity of 23, 000 MWh. Aftera minor definition of the subject matter of the contract constitutes a separate chapter of these procurement documents labeled as Chapter B. Description of the subject matter of the order - Main Site: To take the Slovak Radio and TV stations specified in the tender documents in Chapter B. Description of the subject matter - Specification of the collection points for 2019 and 2020 .

The subject of the order is the electricity supply for Radio and TV Sloveof ensuring the distribution services and taking responsibility for the deviation for the period from 00.00. CET on 1.1.2019 to 24.00 CET on 31.12.2020 in the expected quantity of 23, 000 MWh to the fixed subscription points of the Slovak Radio and Television to ensure their functionality. The contracting authority asks the tenderer's bid to take account of the electricity consumption tolerance:- 30%. - The entrant must meet the conditions for participation in the personal status referred to in - 32 par. 1 of the Act on Public Procurement. Their fulfillment of the applicants according to - 32 par. 2 of the Act on Public Procurement, respectively. according to - 32 par. 4 or - 32 par. 5 of the Act on Public Procurement.

The tenderer may prove in the public procurement the fulfillment of the conditions of the participation in the list of economic activitiesh of subjects within the meaning of Section 152 1 of the Act on Public Procurement. (3) The contracting authority shall recognize the equivalent or the certificate of registration issued by the competent authority of another Member State, by which the tenderer proves that the conditions for participation in the public procurement have been fulfilled. 91/2016 Z. z. on the criminal liability of the legal persons and on the amendment-certain laws (hereinafter referred to as the Criminal Liability Act). As a result of this legislation, the applicant for the personal status statement has also been obliged to submit a copy of the criminal record for the person who is issued by the General Prosecutor's Office of the Slovak Republic. The legal person who is entered in the list of economic entities may supplement the regis• The tenderer may provisionally replace the documents proving the fulfillment of the terms and conditions stipulated by the Contracting Authority for a single European document within the meaning of Article 39 of the Act on Public Procurement.

Preukazoeconomic and financial standing is not required. Complaints may be requested by the interested party on the basis of an application sent in a written form, by e-mail or personally to the address of the contact person of the contracting authority. The possibility of submitting a bid is not conditional upon requesting and receiving the tender documents. If an applicant submits his offer without receiving the supporting documents, and the risk that the tender will be submitted will not contain all the requirements for the fulfillment of the requirements of the contracting authority for the subject of the bid (including by means of an explanatory institution), which may result in its exclusion. The public contracting authority shall, within the meaning of Section 54 15 The ZVO reserves the right not to use an electronic auction if the auction is only 1 entrant. Public Obstaclethe creditor reserves the right to proceed within the meaning of Article 81 of the FVO in the event that no tender or one of the submitted tenders is submitted in the course of this procurement procedure without substantial changes to the requirements specified by the contracting authority for the subject of the bid and provided that the conditions the bidding process does not change significantly. The processes of this procurement, whodoes not specifically regulate the announcement of the award of the public procurement or the tender documents shall be governed by the relevant provisions of the public procurement law. The contracting authority requests in the 'Other' section of the offer to submit:

6.1. Platn- povolenie na podnikanie v energetike - the electricity supply which authorizes the applicant to carry out electricity supplies in the Slovak Republic-Article 6 2 sheets. a) Act no. 251/2012 Z.z. on Energy and on Amendments to Certain Laws. The public contracting authority also accepts a valid permit for the entrepreneurial activity in electricity supply of electricity pursuant to - 5 par. 2 sheets. a) Act no. 656/2004 Coll. on Energy and on Amendments to Certain Laws as amended.

6.2. Valid evidence that the applicant is a participant in the teaching of a deviantand the market within the meaning of Act No. 656/2004 Coll. on energy and on the amendment of certain laws in the wording of later regulations. The Applicant shall submit a valid decision on the assignment of the EIC code and the affidavit that I have entered into a contract with the deviant, with the identification and contact details, the contract and the date of its conclusion. 6.3 A document certifying that the applicant has diof the distribution network in the Slovak Republic (ZSE - Distribucia, a.s., SSE - Distribucia, a.s., Vychodoslovenska - distribučna, a.s.) created a balance group. The Applicant shall submit a declaration of honor on the conclusion of the distribution agreement with the number and date of conclusion. A public contracting authority within the meaning of Article 46 1 letter. a) The ZVO requires applicants to ensure their security offerings are bindingleaver. The security is set at a cost of: EUR 20, 000. The conditions for the composition / return / release of the security are specified in the tender documents. The public contracting authority does not enter into a contract with an applicant who is required to register with the public sector partners and is not entered in the register of public sector partners or the subcontractor has the obligation to write to the regispublic sector partners and not entered in the register of public sector partners
