Requirement no. 1 - Failure to comply with the provisions of art. 177 of Law 99 / 2016.

Completing and presenting the Declaration on non-compliance with the situations provided in art. 177 of law 99 / 2016.

Will be completed by the leader, associate, third party supporter, the subcontractor, as the case may be.

The economic operator will complete the Single European Procurement Document (DUAE) 202 par. (1) of Law 99 / 2016.

The inclusion in the situation provided by art. 177 of Law no. 99/2016 regarding the sector acquisitions, results in the exclusion of the tenderer from the procedure for awarding the contract. 2 - Failure to comply with the provisions of art. 178, art. 179-and art. 180 par. of Law 99 / 2016.

Completing and presenting the Declaration on non-compliance in the situations provided by art. 178, art. 179 and art. 180 of Law 99 / 2016.

Will be completed by the Lead Partner, third party supporter, subcontractor, as the case may be. The economic operator will fill in the Single European Procurement Document (DUAE).

Incorporating the situation provided for in art. 178 and art. 180 of Legit nr. 99/2016 entails the exclusion of the tenderer from the procedure for awarding the sectoral contract. 3 Failure to comply with the provisions of art. 73 of Law 99 / 2016.
