Supply and transmission of electricity This open invitation to tender is for the supply and delivery of electricity on the entire property of the OPH of the Metropole du Grand Nancy for installations below and above 36 kVA

Main Site: Nancy (54000), Laxou (54520) and Maxeville (54320)

Transmission and delivery of electricity on theheritage of the OPH operating on the sectors of the Haye plateau and Beauregard district.

Approximately 216 counting points (PCE) concerned by this lot, distributed as follows:

- 112 points whose subscribed power is less than or equal to 12 kVA (total annual estimate of 238, 600 kWh),

- 102 points whose contract power is between 15 and 36 kVA (total annual estimate1, 160, 100 kWh),

1 point of 40 kVA (total annual estimate of 192, 790 kWh),

1 point of 54 kVA (total annual estimate of 93, 700 kWh). orders as and when required in accordance with the provisions of articles 78 and 80 of the 2016-360 decree of 25.3.2016.

This contract will be concluded without minimum or maximum orders in value or quantity. No minimum order is guaranteed by the DPO

Operators wishing to be candidates must justify that they are granted the authorizations referred to in Article L. 333-1 of the Energy Code.

- declaration concerning the overall turnover and turnover for the supplies covered by the contract, realized during the last 3 financial years available,

- declaration anumber of banks or proof of insurance for occupational risks.

All equivalent evidence is accepted by the DPO.

This contract is subject to Order 2015-899 of 23.7.2015 and Order 2016-360 of 25.3.2016 relating to public markets.

The services are governed by unit prices.
