The minimum value of the reshows the estimated value of this procedure, the amount needed by December 31 (according to which the offers will be elaborated and evaluated), and the maximum value is the estimated value that also contains the value of the additional possibilities.

Supplementing these quantities of products is conditional on the existence of resources in accordance with art. 165 of H.G. 395 / 2016.

The number ofdays to which clarifications may be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders: 15.

Insofar as requests for clarification or additional information have been addressed by economic operators within the stipulated timeframe, the contracting authority's reply will be sent to 10 days before the closing date for submission of bids to which the contracting authority will respond-clear and complete way for all clarification requests / additional information - see O.U.G. no. 107 / 2017.

The bidders, third parties and subcontractors will prove that they do not fit into the situations provided by art. 164, art. 165, art. 167.

The manner by which the fulfillment of the requirements can be demonstrated: It will be presented by the Tenderers / Candidates (including pfor associates / subcontractors / supportive third parties) as the first proof of non-compliance in the exclusion situations and the fulfillment of the capacity requirements, according to the provisions of art. 193 par. General information about the activity of the unit: the turnover global turnover over the last 3 years - requires an average global business figure over the last 3 years (2015, 2016, 2017) of at least 1 500 000 RON.
