Purchase of electrical power — Norges Bank

On behalf of the contracting authority (Norges Bank [the Central Bank of Norway], Kinect Energy AS is implementing a competition for the delivery of electrical power.

The contracting authority invite tenderers to a competition in connection with entering into a framework agreement for the purchase of electrical power.

The contract shall include all facilities owned by the Central Bank of Norway.

The tenderer must supply electric power in accordance with the following specifications:

Volume: approx. 9.5 GWh

Number of installations: 7

Grid owner: Hafslund Nett, Skagerak Energi and Gudbrandsdal Energi

Prices will be collected in accordance with the price form cfr. appendix 3.

Statutory trade of electrical certificates shall be traded by the tenderer and shall be included in the mark-up.
