Electricity supply for low voltage and medium voltage consumers

Subject of the framework agreement: Supply of low voltage and medium voltage electric energy, ENEL Dobrogea for 113 consumers, located on the radius of the Calarasi and Ialomita counties, according to Annexes 1 and 2 of the Tender Book, of which:

Main Si: Ecoaqua S.A. Călăraşi, representing 113 consumers, located within the Calarasi and Ialomiţa counties, according to Annexes 1 and 2 of the Task Book.

The maximum / minimum quantities of products estimated to be requested under the framework agreement:

Maximum = 18 197, 05 MWh, minimum = 15 164, 20 MWh, of which:

- Quantities related to the low voltage electricity consumption, -have a maximum of 5 476, 4 MWh and a minimum of 4 563, 66 MWh,

- The quantities related to medium voltage power consumption are of maximum 12 720, 65 MWh and minimum 10 600, 54 MWh

Maximum value / estimated minimum, without VAT, of the framework agreement:

Maximum: 6, 230, 812.77 RON, minimum: 5, 192, 340.61 RON

The maximum / minimum quantities of products estimated to be required for each subsequent contract:

Maxim = 9-098, 52 MWh, minimum = 7 582, 10 MWh, of which:

- The quantities related to low voltage electricity consumption are of maximum 2 738, 2 MWh / year and minimum 2 281, 83 MWh / year,

- Quantities related to medium voltage power consumption are of maximum 6 360, 32 MWh / year and minimum 5 300, 27 MWh / year.

Maximum / minimum estimated value, exclusive of VAT, of each subsequent contract:

Maximum: 3 115 406, 39 RON, minimum: 2 596 170, 31 RON. 1. Non-compliance with the provisions of art. 177 of Law 99/2016, for bidder / associated offeror / third party / subcontractor. 2. Failure to comply with the provisions of art. 178 of Law 99/2016, for bidder / associated offeror / third party / subcontractor. 3. Failure to comply with the provisions of art. 180 of Law 99/2016, for bidder / biddernt associate / third party / subcontractor.

General information and statement on global turnover over the last 3 years. The annual average turnover for the last three (three) years (2015, 2016, 2017) shall be at least equal to the maximum estimated value of a contract sector - 3, 115, 406.39 RON.

1) SolicitarilThe clarifications of the potential bidders regarding the tender documentation will be sent to the contracting entity via SEAP by accessing the dedicated section of the award procedure and the responses will be published in the SEAP at the "Documentation and Clarification" section of the tender notice For post-submission communications, Commissionersthe evaluation team will submit the clarification requests regarding the submitted offers in the SEAP and the economic operators will send the answers to the clarifications and any requested documents during the evaluation of the tenders through the SEAP in the section corresponding to the respective request in the form of one or more documents / separate signature files with electron signatureas extended, based on a qualified certificate issued by a certification service provider accredited under the law; 2) Establishing the winning bid is made only by comparing the score obtained in the admissible tenders, the technical proposal of which meets all the mandatory minimum requirements of the specifications. The admissible bid that has the highest numberpoints are declared as winners' bidding;

3) The way of ranking the ranked bids placed on the 1st place:

In the event that two or more bids get the highest score equal, then the bid with the highest price will be declared the winner little.
