This public procurement is for delivery and balancing of certain quantities of net active electrical energy for sites of Technical University - Varna, connected at medium and low voltage levelMain Site: Sites of the Assignor, located in the city of Varna, City of Varna, Dobrich, c. Dobrich, town of Chepelare, Reg. Smolyan, town of Kamchia, Varna - Selection of electricity supplier and coordinator of a standard balancing group for sites of the Technical University - Varna, connected to medium and low voltage. The subject of the order also includes administration of the normative amountso fixed charges, network services and excise duty. Term of execution - 24 (twenty-four) months from the date of registration of the first registered timetable.

The participant must be licensed for "trading in electricity", including the activity of "balancing group coordinator" 39 of the Energy Act. Where the participant is a grouping, this requirement applies-for the participant (s) in the group that will carry out the activity.

A participant who does not meet the requirement of a special permit in order to be able to carry out the electricity supply and the responsibilities of a coordinator balancing group.

The Contracting Authority does not set minimum economic and financial requirements for the participants.
