Post-warranty service of drive and supply equipment mounted on trolleybuses and trams in STB SA park

Post-warranty service Trolleybuses and trams from STB SA Park and supply of spare parts under the terms of the present cand the SVA06 specification.

Main Site: STB Park S.A. Bucharest - post-warranty service of drive and power equipment mounted on trolleybuses and trams from STB Park S.A. according to annex no. 1 to the frame agreement model. Estimated value is calculated for the maximum amount of parts and services.

Total Frame Agreement Amounts: Pieces of Pieces: 852 piecesand 1 152 pieces maximum. Amount of services: 2 285 hours minimum and 3 053 hours maximum. Estimated maximum contract amount: RON 900, 000.00, VAT not included.

Estimates of the minimum and maximum quantities that could be the subject of a single subsequent contract, of the following to be awarded for the entire duration of the framework agreement: quantity of pieces: 250 pieces minimum and 350 buhow much. Amount of service: minimum 600 hours and maximum 800 hours.

Bidders, third parties and subcontractors must not find themselves in the situations provided for in art. 73, 177, 178, 180 of Law no. 99/2016. The way in which the fulfillment of the requirement can be demonstrated: it will be completed by the economic operators participating in the award procedure with the related informationtheir situation. All economic operators will also submit the declaration of non-compliance in the situations stipulated in art. 73 of the Law no. 99/2016 (Form 4) together with the DUAE. The supporting documents proving the fulfillment of the assumed by completing the DUAE shall be submitted, at the request of the contracting entity, only by the tenderer placed on the first place in the interim ranking into(1) Establishment certificates for the absence of overdue debts, taxes or contributions to the general consolidated budget (local budget, state budget, etc.) at the moment of presentation; 2) The criminal record of the economic operator and of each member of the administrative, management or supervisory bodyof the respective economic operator or of those who have the power of representation, decision or control within it, as it results from the certifying certificate issued by the ONRC / constitutive act; 3) According to the case, documents proving that the economic operator may benefit from the derogations provided for in art. 179 par. (2), art. 180 par. (2), art. 184 of the Law no. 99/2016 on4) Other editing documents, as appropriate.

The information contained in these documents must be valid at the time of submission. The offer will be submitted to the DUAE (for bidders, subcontractors, associates, third supporters, if any), firm commitment of the third supporter (if applicable) resulting in the actual way in which the supportor, as the case may be, the subcontracting agreement and / or the association agreement.
