The subject of the public contract is the conclusion of the Ramca Agreement with 1 Supplier for a period of 6 years, in order to provide services in the following areas: containing contractual terms and conditions for the performance of individual service contracts for the Client

Qualification prerequisites are specified in the tender documentation.

In the case of this public contract, one of the proceedings with publication in accordance with Act No. 134/2016 Coll., On Public Procurement (Public Procurement Act), is valid. First, the contractor submits a request for participation in the award procedure to be submitted by the contracting authority within the time limit specified in point IV.2.2 of this notice, together with the documents proving compliance with the contract.through NEN. Subsequently, suppliers who meet the qualifications will be invited to submit preliminary tenders processed according to the contracting authority's tender documentation. The time limit for submitting provisional tenders will be set out in the call for tenders given in NEN. In accordance with Section 61 (8) of the Public Procurement Act, the contracting authority reserves the right not to act on pre-tenders, and

Communication between the Contracting Authority and the Contractor, except for the Provisional Quotation Proceedings, is exclusively through the National Electronic Instrument (NEN) The Contracting Authority warns that any other form of communication between the Contracting Authority and the Supplier, Preliminary quotes will not be considered. In accordance with Section 170ZZV reserves the right to cancel the tender procedure.
