This order provides for the purchase by order of portable devices for high voltage testing of MV cables for the needs of "Electric Distribution North" JSC

Main Site: The place of performance of the order is up to the warehouses of ElektroSeverde AD, located in the towns of Varna, Gorna Oryahovitsa, Razgrad and Shumen.

The present order provides for the purchase of portable devices for high-voltage testing of MV cables for the needs of "Electricity Distribution North" AD

The Assignor predicts that for the entire duration of the contract, including the envisaged possible periods of extension, will be the followingsuch as:

Portable device for high-voltage testing of MV cables - 40.

The indicated quantities are indicative and may change in accordance with the needs of the contracting authority.

The Contracting Authority does not impose requirements for fitness for professional activity towards the candidates in the public procurement, including requirements related to the entry in professional registersthe applicant does not impose requirements on the economic and financial standing of the candidates in the public procurement. (Continued from section III.1.4.) A person who participates in the merger of another candidate can not submit a separate application. In a procurement procedure, a natural or legal person may participate in only one grouping. Candidates are free to use-subcontractors, but must have indicated this circumstance in EEDOP and the share of the order they will assign to them. Branch of a foreign person may be an independent candidate in the procedure. Requirements regarding the personal status of the candidates - requirements under Art. 54, para. 1 and Art. 55, para. 1 (item 2 does not apply):

Conditions for opening the application forms: 20.8.2018 hour: 14.00 hours. Venue: Varna, Towers - tower G, 258 Vladislav Varnenchik Blvd., fl. 12, Hall G1 205. The opening of the applications is made under the procedure of Article 54, paragraph 2 of the RDP. with a preliminary call for participation is carried out in two stages: 1st stage: submission of application for participation and pre-selection and second stage: submission of initial tenders and conductingnot an agreement with the candidates.

An applicant who does not extend the validity of his offer after receiving a call will be removed from participation in the procedure. Important: In the event that the candidate (or duly authorized representative) is absent from the appointed time, the negotiation with this candidate will not be held and the candidate will be removed from participation in the procedure.
