The aim of the task is entrusting the authorized entity with services in the maintenance of the technical condition of the Power System (d)MSE) in the area of electric energy distribution in EC Zawidawie.

The purpose of the task is to entrust an authorized entity with services related to maintaining the technical condition of the Power System (hereinafter referred to as MSE) in the area of electricity distribution in EC Zawidawie

1 In this Proceeding mThe Contractors who are:

1.1 are not subject to exclusion, in accordance with item 15.2 of the SIWZ.

1.2 They meet the conditions for participation in the Proceeding, in accordance with clause 15.6 of the ToR.

2 Contractors may participate in the Proceeding, for which there are no grounds for exclusion from Proceedings under art. 24 sec. 1 item 12-23 of the PZP Act, subject to art. 133 ust. 4 of the PPL, and are not subject to exclusion onArt. 24 sec. 5 points 1-2, 4 and 8 of the PPL Act. The exclusion takes place in the cases specified in art. 24 sec. 7 of the Public Procurement Law Act

3 Contractor who is subject to exclusion pursuant to art. 24 sec. 1 point 13 and 14 and 16-20 or paragraph 5 points 1-2 and 8 of the Public Procurement Law, may submit with the Bid evidence that the measures taken by it are sufficient to demonstrate its reliability, in accordance with art. 24 sec. 8 Ustawy Pzp.

4 The Contractor is not subject to exclusion if the Employer, considering the weight and special circumstances of the Contractor`s action, considers sufficient evidence presented by the Contractor under item 3 above.

5 In cases referred to in art. 24 sec. 1 point 19 of the Public Procurement Law, before exclusion of the Contractor, the Employer shall provide the Contractor with the opportunity to prove that his participation in the preparationn Proceedings for awarding the Contract will not distort competition.

Contractors who meet the conditions for participation in the Procedure, specified in art. 22 par. 1 of the Public Procurement Law, regarding:

6.1 Competence or entitlements to conduct a specific professional activity, if it results from separate regulations, i.e.: the Ordering Party does not make specific requirements in the field of(a) He has civil liability insurance in the scope of conducted activities related to the subject of the Order for the sum insured not less than PLN 500, 000 (in words: five hundred thousand zlotys).
