The subject of the contract will be the construction of dynamic high speed ballasts on D11 - 79, 2 km

The subject of the contract will be the construction of Dila - dynamic high - speed balances on D11 - 79, 2 km .

1. the submission of a commercial listing or other similarly to the filing, if another law requires it to be entered in such records; 2. Valid for correctionikani. The supplier shall submit the listings from the trade registry pursuant to Article 10 (3) of the Letter. a) Act No. 455/1991 Coll., on business licensing (business law), as amended, and / or trade licenses, respectively. (i) Construction, modification and disposal, (ii) Manufacturing, installation, repairing of electrical machinery and equipment, electronic and electronic equipment, -telecommunication equipment, (iii) Installation, repair, inspection and testing of electrical equipment.

The sponsor shall also recognize, as proof of the right to business in the required subject, an extract from the trade register or trade license or documents proving the supplier's right to enter into the object (s) which will correspond to the content of the requested subject (one of them is especially the tradeto issue letters of law in the past); 3.Declaration of the supplier (Form 2.1.1) that will show that he / she has a person / persons through whom he / she ensures professional competence:

(i) in the field of traffic construction that has been certified or certified as authorized engineer or technician according to the Act No. 360/1992 Coll., on performing the profession of authorized architectsand to perform the profession of authorized engineers and technicians active in the construction, in the wording of later regulations, in the above mentioned field, or other similar document issued in another country than in the Czech Republic, which in this other country authorizes its holder in the specified field to guide the realization of the construction. (ii) in the field of surveying, which has been certified or officially authorized to verify the results of surveying activities in RozArticle 13 (1) of the (c) Act No. 200/1994 Coll., on Surveying and on Amendments to Some Laws Related to Its Implementation, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the Law on Surveying), or similarly issued in a country other than in the Czech Republic in this other country, entitles its holder to verify the results of surveying activities to the extent corresponding to Section 13 (1) (c) of the Act(iii) in the field of low-voltage and heavy-current electrical engineering, which has been certified by the contractor in accordance with - 8 of Decree No. 50/1978 Coll., on Professional Qualification in Electrical Engineering, as amended.
