The purpose of the market is the supply of air filters and accessories, electrical regulation and automation equipment, and myLocksmithing and hardware for the buildings of the central administration of the economic and financial ministries. This invitation to tender is a market with purchase orders without minimum or maximum.

Supply of electrical materials, regulation and automatisms for the buildings of the central administration of the economic and financial ministries.

The regulation of the market is imwhore from the state budget. The sums due are paid in accordance with the provisions of Title IV of Law No. 2013-100 of 28.1.2013 laying down various provisions for the adaptation of legislation to European Union law in economic and financial matters and of Decree No. 2013-269 dated 29.3.2013 relating to the fight against late payments in public procurement contracts. The delaypayment is fixed at 30 days maximum. The start date of the deadline is determined according to the modalities of article 2 of the above-mentioned decree. The advance rate is 5% and is calculated according to the modalities of article R. 2191-7 of the public procurement code. This rate is raised to 20% when the contract holder admitted to direct payment is a small and medium-sized enterprise mentioned in article.e R. 2151-13 of the same code.
