Centralized purchasing of household electrical appliance punishment systems for institutions

The Prison Department under the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Lithuania, which has the right to perform the functions of the central contracting authority for the execution of punishment systems, performs public procurement with the aim of concluding preliminary contracts for the household winners.

During the period of the preliminary contract, it is planned to purchase:

- 792 pcs. e. Kettles according to specifications of line 1 of technical specification,

- 372 pcs. e. kettles according to the specifications of line 2 of the technical specification.

The supplier declaring that there is no reason to remove it from themust submit a completed European Single Procurement Document (EBDD) on the proposal in accordance with the requirements of Article 50 of the Public Procurement Act. In support of this claim, the supplier shall submit a copy of the extended extract or articles of association of the EBDD and the supplier (legal entity)a copy of the relevant part; a document certifying the right of the Supplier (natural person) to engage in the relevant activity (a copy of the business certificate) or other documents indicating the Supplier`s registration data and activities; the right of a foreign supplier to engage in relevant activities (relevant foreign authorities (professional or managerial, state toa certificate issued by the applicable authorities as established in the country in which the supplier is registered) or a declaration on oath certifying the supplier`s right to engage in the relevant activities).
