As part of the overall renewal of the power plant Aarau, a new doping power plant is being created as the first activity, which is located at the beginning of the upper water channel in the area of the municipality of Schoenenwerd.

- standards IEC60034,

- nominal power generator: SN = 1100 kVA,

- cos φ:0.9,

- Nominal voltage: UN = 400 V / - 5%,

- Number of poles: 2p = 34 (alternatively 32 or 36),

- Nominal speed generator: 176.5 U / min (alternatively 166.7 U / min or 187.5 U / min),

- Turbine / generator blow-through speed: approx. 2.3 to 3 times the rated speed.

Instructions on legal remedies:

1) Againstthis notice of appeal can be lodged with the Administrative Court of the Canton of Aargau, Obere Vorstadt 40, 5001 Aarau, within a non-extendable period of 10 days after publication. The deadlines under civil procedural law do not apply.

2) The complaint must be submitted in writing and must include an application and a justification. This means that it must be stated a)how the administrative court should decide, and b) to explain the reasons for which this other decision is required The invitation to tender must be specified, any evidence must be identified and, if possible, enclosed. The entry must be signed

5) The complaint procedure is associated with a cost risk, i.e. the unsuccessful party usually has to pay the procedural costs and, if applicable, the opposing lawyer`s fees.

Closing date / comments: Offers must be in a sealed envelope with the Inscription: have arrived. Incomplete or missingForms as well as entries without the required inserts and signatures or without the required note on the envelope are invalid. The questions and answers will be anonymized in writing to all participants in the tender by 20.4.2020 announced.
