The European Investment Fund is seeking to procure various marketing consultancy and production service providers to help raise awareness of its products and services with its different audiences. Service providers shall support the delivery of targeted, impactful and relatable marketing messages through film, print, digital and social media content.

Production of creative, impactful and professional films, i.e.High Definition (HD) digital files containing motion pictures and where necessary, voice over, comments and/or subtitling in a range of languages, to be shot within the territory of Luxembourg, as follows:
