Provision of Cleaning Services for the EIB Rome Office

Reference Number : CFT-1533

The EIB Rome Office is seeking for cleaning services for its offices, located on the fourth and fifth floors of Via Sardegna 40, 00187 Rome, connected by an internal staircase, for a total space of approximately 1, 180 m.

The scope of the services to be covered by the service contract between the EIB Rome Office and the successful tenderer includes all aspects of cleaning services. The cleaning company must be able to:

— provide cleaning services during working days from 06:00 to 08:30 and from 18:00 to 21:00,

— provide all cleaning supplies and operational material/equipment. All supplies and materials should be eco-friendly,

— manage, monitor, supervise and organise cleaning services.

Requirement: the tenderer must prove that they are registered to pursue the professional activity under national law.

Proof of the above is to be provided by a certificate of registration in the relevant trade or professional registers in the country of establishment/incorporation. If the tenderer is not required or allowed to register in such a register for reasons related to its statute or legal status, EIB shall accept, as satisfactory evidence, a sworn declaration or certificate, membership of a specific organisation, express authorisation, or entry in the VAT register.
