Indication of the remedies: the present invitation to tender being submitted to the regulation of Geneva on the awarding of the public markets(RSGe L 6 05.01), it may be appealed within 10 days of notification of the decision to the Administrative Division of the Geneva Court of Justice, rue de Saint-Leger 10, PO Box 1956, 1211 Geneva 1. The appeal must be filed in duplicate, refer to this invitation to tender and contain the duly reasoned submissions, indicating the means of proof.as well as the signature of the Appellant.
Closing time for the submission of tenders / remarks: only tenders arriving at the address of Chapter 1.2 above within the fixed period will be taken into consideration. Tenders arriving after the fixed period will be excluded from the procedure.
