Modernization of classrooms II. The subject of this public procurement is the supply of new and functional equipment and equipment for the Primary School Stare Mesto, Komensk-ho 1720, 686 03 Stare Mesto.

The subject of Part 1 of the Public Procurement is the supply of new and functional IT equipment for Stare Town, KomenNo. 1720, 686 03 Stare Mesto.

The subject of part 1 is publicly specified in the enclosing documentation.

The contractor proves that he / she fulfills his / her professional competence pursuant to Section 77 (1) and (2). (a) in respect of the Czech Republic, a commercial register or other similar document, if another law requires such evidence to be filed by the OHIM; (b) proof of the right to business underof the special legal regulations corresponding to the subject of the public offer, in particular a document proving the relevant trade license or license. For Part 1:

The participant shall submit at least the extract from the trade register (the trade certificate may be presented by the participant only in the case that the first extract from trade registry) to: Manufacturing, installation, repairing of electrical machinery and equipment(Part-2):

The participant shall submit at least the extract from the trade register (the trade license may be presented by the participant only in the event that the first commercial registration has not been issued) to: Wholesale, retailing, eventually its equivalents.

For part 3:

Participant submit at least a listing-from the Trade Register (the Trade Register may only be presented by the traveler in the case that he has not been issued the first commercial listing): Wholesale, Retail, or Truhl-řstv-, podlah-řstv-, eventually their equivalents. he / she demonstrates a trade license, is an employee relationship with a trainee or is a third person(the participant shall prove by a written declaration signed by the person entitled to represent the participant, eventually by the person proving the trade license). In the case of a third person, the participant must use the same documents required to prove the qualification through other persons to prove this professional competence.
