Retraining courses for the South Bohemian Region 2019-2022 I.

The subject matter of the public contract is to provide retraining in accordance with Act No. 435/2004 Coll., On Employment, in the wording of later regulations for job seekers and job seekers. Retraining will be implemented on the basis of Ramc's agreements concluded only with one supplier for each part of the public contract.with - 35 of the Public Procurement Act divided into 18 parts. Contractors may submit tenders for one, several or all parts of the contract within the meaning of Section 101 (2) of the Public Procurement Act.

Proof of Professional Competence in accordance with - 77 of the Public Procurement Act. pursuant to Section 77 (1) of the Public Procurement Act in relation to the Czech Republic, the extract from the Commercial Register or otherIf there is another legal regulation to be entered in such a register, it is required by - 77 par. c) ZZVZ documents that it is professionally caused or disposed of by a person through whom it secures professional competence, namely documents proving that it is an entity specified in - 108 par. . In case of retraining coursesaccording to professional qualifications (parts no. 9, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 18) the supplier shall at the same time submit a decision on authorization issued by the authorizing body pursuant to Act No. 179/2006 Coll. education and change of some law, later regulations.

Supplier proves: decision on accreditation or establishment deed of the school wherefor the subject retraining course (for the VZ sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10, 17), the decision on accreditation or the establishment deed of the school, where provision is made for the subject retraining course, and the Professional Qualification Decision (for sections 9, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 18).
