Requalification for the Karlovy Vary Region The subject of the public procurement (hereinafter only VZ) is to provide retraining under the Act No. 435/2004 Coll., On employment, as amended, for jobseekers and job seekers. Retraining will be carried out on the basis of the Ramcovy agreements concluded with only one supplier for each part of the public procurement.City of Karlovy Vary

Professional competence is met by the supplier who will submit:

1. pursuant to Section 77 (1) of the Act on the Czech Republic in respect of the Czech Republic, a commercial listing or other analogous registration, provided that another legal regulation entered in such records requires

2. pursuant to Section 77 (2) of the Act. c) ZZVZ documents that he has professionally caused or has a person who, through professional meansprovided by documents proving that it is a subject mentioned in Section 108 (2) of the Insurance Act, and is authorized to undertake retraining in the part of the VZ for which the offer is issued. In the case of retraining courses according to the professional qualifications (parts 3 and 4), the supplier shall submit the appropriate decision on the authorization issued by the authorizing body according to Act No. 179/2006 Coll., On the verification and recognition of the resultsfurther education and the amendment of some laws, in the wording of later regulations. The Contractor shall provide evidence of: - a decision on accreditation or the establishment of a school document stating the provision of the training for the subject retraining course (for parts of ZZ No. 1, 2, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10), - the accreditation decision or a school charter establishing a course of retraining for the subject retraining course and a decision on the car(Certified Organizations), Welding School Registration List, Licensing Documents for Licensors (Diplom Certified) and Technologist or Certified Professionals (for parts of VZ No. 3, 4) engineer (certificate of attorney), certificate of an approved testing organization (for parts of the ZZ No. 17, 18), - registration for driving school andthe decision on accreditation for training and training by the training center operator (for parts of VZ No. 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16).
