This invitation for tenders follows the general procurement notice for this project which was published on the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (the bank) website, procurement notices (www.ebrd.com) on 17.5.2018.

S.C. Compania de Apa S.A. Buzau hereinafter referred to as "the Purchaser", intends to use part of the proceeds of a loan from the Bank towards the cost of R2CF Buzau — Savings..

The purchaser now invites sealed tenders from Suppliers for the following contract to be fully funded from the proceeds of the loan:.

— procurement of 2 combined sewage cleaners equipped with an aspirating waste water recycling system designed for cleaning of sewerage networks, manholes and pumping stations..

Tendering for contract that is to be financed with the proceeds of a loan from the Bank is open to firms from any country..

To be qualified for the award of a Contract, Tenderers must satisfy the following minimum criteria:.

— average annual turnover over the last 3 years (2015, 2016, 2017): 2 500 000 EUR equivalent.

— financial resources /liquid assets: 400 000 EUR equivalent experience: experience as supplier, in at least 3 contracts within the last 5 years, each with a cumulated value of at least 2 000 000 EUR that have been successfully and substantially completed and that are similar to the proposed goods. The similarity shall be based on the physical size, complexity, methods /technology or other characteristics as described in Section VI, supply requirements. By substantially similar goods the purchaser means combined high pressure and suction sewer cleaning trucks with wastewater recirculation system, .

— specific experience: the cumulated number of combined high pressure and suction sewer cleaning trucks with wastewater recirculation system supplied under the reference contracts shall be minimum 5 and the cumulated value of all these contracts shall be minimum 2 000 000 EUR equivalent..
