1. The subject of the order is the supply of materials for forensic techniques for field units of the Silesian garrisonhe and the Department of KWP Katowice and the Criminal Laboratory of KWP Katowice for the years 2018-2019. Detailed information on the description of the order is in:

4. The ordering party requests that the delivered assortment be brand new, grade I, meets the quality and utility standards indicated by the Purchaser in the price form. The Ordering Party requires that the Contractor for the subject matter of the contract for the given task and the item specified in Annex 3 to the SIWZ provide a guarantee for a period at least as indicatedNote: The expiry date may not be shorter than the manufacturer's warranty for the product. The warranty for the assortment that is the subject of the order within the scope of the task will apply from the date of signing the acceptance protocol. The ordering party requires the Contractor to indicate the trade name or catalog number of the offered product of each item of assortment in the enclosure 3 to SIWZ-For each job.
The absence of a trade name or catalog number of the product offered for each item will result in the rejection of the offer based on art. 89 sec. 1 pt. 2 PPL act as incompatible with SIWZ. The contracting authority allows subcontractors. Where the Contractor will use subcontractors, the contracting authority shall indicate the parts of the contract which he intends to entrust to them andsubcontracting company names and contact details (enclosure 1 to SIWZ). The subcontracting provisions are contained in Chapter XVII of the Terms of Reference and in the Contract Specimen (Annex No. 2 to the Terms of Reference). Note: Whenever in the description of the subject of the order (including in Annex 3 to the SIWZ) appear names, this means that the Ordering author allows the product to be equivalent. For assurance, the assignee considers the assortment-of the same purpose as indicated in the SIWZ Annexes, with at least the same scope of use
