Delivery is made upon request by the contracting authority, but not later than 5 (five) calendar daysby submitting the same. Participants should deliver the stated quantity in packages (sacks and / or other) intact to the packaging, protected from any damage due to improper storage, atmospheric influences and transport.

Maize is in grain (bulk) the harvest - 2017-2018. The delivered commodity should meet all the requirements of the Bulgarian statequality standards and European Union feed standards - Goods that do not comply with the requirements of the sponsor are not accepted and subject to immediate replacement

Notes:

1. The indicated quantity is indicative. The Contracting Authority reserves the right not to claim the entire quantity for delivery.

3. The Contracting Authority may also declare other similar types of goods within the total valueof the contract, while maintaining the terms of the tender and the pricing.

The application for participation includes:

1. ENEDOP - Single European Procurement Document. If the applicant has indicated that he will use the capacity of third parties to prove compliance with the selection criteria or that he will use subcontractors, each of these persons shall be provided with a separate EEDOP, the information under Art. 67, para. 1 of the Public Procurement Act. According to Art. 67, para. 4 of the Public Procurement Act in relation to -29, item 5, b. "A" of the Transitional and Final Provisions of the Public Procurement Act, the single European Procurement Document must be submitted electronically on the template of the Contracting Authority, and the participant should download the downloaded XML file, upload it to the electronic EEDOP system located at: tps : //ec.europa.eu/tools/espd/filterlang=en, fill in the necessary data, download it and save it (espd-response) in XML and PDF format, then the PDF format of the completed EEDOP should be signed with an electronic signature from relevant persons. This is possible with any signature that corresponds to Art. 13 of the Law on Electronic Document and Electronic Certification Services. The electronic EEDOP is provided to the appropriatean optical medium to the batch of documents for participation in the procedure. The format in which the document is to be provided should not allow its content to be edited. Another possibility to provide the electronic EEDOP is through electronic access to the EEDOP prepared and signed electronically. In this case, the document should be provided with the so-called time stamp to certify that-EEDOP is signed and uploaded to the Internet address to which it is referred before the deadline for receipt of applications / offers. In cases where the EEDOP is completed through the electronic EEDOP system, the electronic version should be signed in the PDF format. The signing of the EEDOP with an electronic signature gives the possibility of consecutive laying of several signatures without-it is necessary for the persons to be in the same place, ie. remotely. This also covers cases of persons located abroad. It should be borne in mind that there is no obstacle to each person signing a separate EEDOP, even though the declared circumstances are the same. For the lawful conduct of a procedure it is important whether there are grounds for removal for the persons under Art. 40 para. 1of the PPPP and not the number of documents declaring the relevant circumstances. The Assignor may require participants at any time to submit all or part of the documents demonstrating the information specified in the EEDOP when this is necessary for the lawful conduct of the procedure.

Technical Proposal- Annex 2.1 for item No 1, appendix No 2.2 for item No 2, containing: a) a letter of authorization where the person submitting the tender is not the legal representative of the participant; b) a proposal for performance of the contract in compliance with the technical specifications and the contracting authority's requirements. Declaration that the tax and insurance obligations have been complied with when preparing the offerprotection of the environment, protection of employment and working conditions, where applicable - Annex № 6.

The price offer shall be placed in a separate sealed opaque envelope marked "Suggested price parameters", which shall be placed in the total package with the offer. Where a tenderer submits an offer for more than 1 lot, a technical proposal shall be put in the box for each itemand the corresponding position and separate opaque envelopes with the inscription "Suggested price parameters" with an indication of the position to which it refers.
