Services for the operation of the public drinking water distribution service of the mixed drinking water supply union of Montbazens-Rignac

Service management and asset renewal for distribution of the public drinking water service of the mixed drinking water supply union of Montbazens-Rignac.

Main Site: Departement of Aveyron, 52 municipalities and 2 community of municipalities for part, territory specified in article 5 of the CCTP.

The services are intended for the operation of the public service of distribution of drinking water of the mixed supply union in Montbazens Rignac drinking water according to the list of works and pipes specified in the parts of the DCE.

This composite framework agreement is 1 agreementd-mono-attribute framework without minimum or maximum (attributed to only one economic operator). It is broken down into 2 distinct parts:

- part I: management of the service:

Ordinary non-allotted market processed at global and fixed price for the fixed part and at unit price for the variable part,

- part II: asset renewal:

Framework agreement with unallocated purchase orders without minimum or maximum, tmade at unit prices.
