The purpose of this contract is maintenance and maintenance of the Beaumont, Ceyrat and Saint-Genes-Champanelle drinking water supply facilities. This service includedt the setting up of an emergency service that can be contacted in case of emergency 24/24 hours. The installations concerned are listed in the inventory attached to the special technical clauses.

The purpose of this contract is to maintain and maintain the facilities of the Beaumont, Ceyrat and Saint-Genes-Champanelle drinking water supply service. . This benefit includesthe setting up of an emergency service that can be contacted in case of emergency 24/24 hours. - Letter of application and authorization of the representative by his co-contractors (form DC1 attached to the consultation file); in case of application from a group of companies the letter-The application form will be signed by each member of the group or by the duly empowered proxy.

- Declaration on honor to justify that the candidate does not enter any bans to bid (checkbox in form DC1).

- Declaration on the honor to justify that the candidate is in rule under Articles L. 5212-1 to L. 5212-11 of the Labor Code concthe employment of disabled workers.

- Declaration of the individual candidate or the member of the group. To be provided by each member in case of grouping. (form DC2 attached to the consultation file)

- Documents relating to the power of the persons authorized to engage (statutes or Kbis and delegations of internal power (s) signed)

- Proof of insurance for occupational hazardsnels.

- Copy of the judgment (s) if the candidate is in receivership.
