5) The persons with decision functions within the contracting authority regarding the organization, development and completion of the procurement procedure are:

According to the provisions of art. 193 of Law 98/2016, the contracting authority will accept within the DUAE (Single European Acquisition Document) tenders instead of the requested documents in order to demonstrateareas of the qualification requirements, including the ability to exercise, as a preliminary proof. Before awarding the framework agreement, the contracting authority will ask the bidders ranked on the first 3 places, to present the updated supporting documents demonstrating the fulfillment of all the qualification criteria, according to with the information contained in DUAE.

DUAE will be deposited, as the case may be, and by the supporting third party / subcontractors;

6) Fiscal Certification Certificate issued by the Financial Administration. The operators will submit these certificates during the evaluation, as updated supporting documents that demonstrate the fulfillment of the qualification criteria according to the information contained in the DUAE, and these must attest the lack of outstanding debts.you at the time of their deposit;

7) Certificate of fiscal certification for. legal persons regarding the local taxes and taxes and other incomes of the local budget issued by the town hall. The operators will submit these certificates during the evaluation, as updated supporting documents demonstrating the fulfillment of the qualification criteria according to the information contained in the DUAE, and these must attest the absence of the outstanding debts at the time of their submission.

Note: the bidders, third-party supporters and subcontractors must not find themselves in the situations provided in art. 164, 165, 167 of Law no. 98/2016 and with art. 60 of Law 98 / 2016.

Note: the certificates requested under this section can be presented in any of the forms: original / copy of the licensesball with the mention "according to the original".

The way in which the requirement can be demonstrated: the DUAE will be completed by the economic operators participating in the award procedure with the information related to their situation.

The supporting documents proving the fulfillment of those assumed by completing the DUAE follow to be presented, at the request of the contracting authority, an offerto the people ranked on the first 3 places in the intermediate ranking drawn up at the end of the evaluation of the offers. (local budget, state budget, etc.) at the time of submission;

Lots: 1. Annual average turnover. It is requested to submit the general information sheet on the average global turnover that concerns the activity from the last 3 years (2016, 2017, 2018).

Answersthe DUAE of the economic operators participating in the procedure will be completed in the SEAP directly, after authentication, by each participant. DUAE completion.

Economic operators will still be able to electronically sign DUAE, by exporting / simport the document created with the .xml extension or by printing it directly from the application.
