Subjectm order is the delivery of one piece of suction dredger.The floating suction dredger will be designed to remove fine sediments. A detailed description is given in Volume 3 of the Suitability Documentation
1.1 The applicant must meet the conditions for participation specified in - 32 para. 1 Act no. 343/2015 Coll. on Public Procurement and on the amendment of certain Conclusions as amended (hereinafter referred to as the Conclusion). Their fulfillment proves belowSection 32 para. 2, par. 4, par. 5, Art. 152 par. 1 (entry in the list of economic operators) or - 152 para.
1.2 The entry in the list of economic operators shall be made to each contracting authority and the data referred to therein need not be verified in the procurement procedures. The contracting authority when evaluating the fulfillment of the conditions for participation in personal statusverify the entry of an economic entity in the list of economic entities, if the applicant has not submitted documents pursuant to - 32 para. 2, par. 4, par. 5 of the Act or other equivalent registration or confirmation of registration pursuant to - 152 para.
1.3 The entry in the list of entrepreneurs made according to the law made before 17 April 2016 (Act No. 25/2006 Coll.) Is an entry in the list of economic entities to the extent registered1.4 The tenderer may provisionally replace the documents proving the fulfillment of the conditions of participation specified by the contracting authority by a single European document within the meaning of - 39 of the Act. The tenderer shall submit the following documents proving his / her financial and economic position within the meaning of - 33 par. 1 of the Act (original or officially certified copy of the document):

The tenderer may use the financial resources of another person within the meaning of - 33 par.
Group of suppliers demonstrates fulfillment of conditions of participation in public procurement concerning financial and economic position together.the average annual exchange rate of the ECB (European Central Bank) for the calendar year in question, for 2020 at the ECB rate at the date of publication of the procurement in the Official Journal of the EU. If the tenderer fails to provide objective documents to prove the economic and financial status of the contracting authority, it proceeds according to - 33 par. 4 Act.
1. All the communication and youinformation in the procurement process between the contracting authority and candidates or tenderers shall be carried out exclusively electronically by means of a modernized version of the EVO Information System (EVO), using all its functionalities. The EVO system is available at: https://www.uvo.gov.sk/portal-systemu-evo-5f5.html.
2. In casethe need to clarify the information needed to draw up the tender and to demonstrate compliance with the conditions for participation, any interested party may request their explanation through the EVO functionality. The request received by the candidate for an explanation shall be deemed to have been received in a timely manner so that the contracting authority ensures that the explanation is provided no later thanfive days before the deadline for submission of tenders pursuant to - 48 of the Act. The contracting authority shall recommend to interested parties to request an explanation by 31 March 2020 so that it can be processed and sent to the interested parties within a specified period of time. Tenderer submits the tender through EVO.
4. The whole tender and other documents and documents in the public procurement are submitted in the statutory (Slovakom) language. If the document or document is drawn up in a foreign language, it shall be submitted together with its official translation into the statutory (Slovak) language; this does not apply to offers, documents and documents made in the Czech language. If a discrepancy in their content is found, the official translation into the official language is decisive. The estimated order value specified in the Notification is set as maximum. Public procurementreserves the right not to sign the contract if the successful tenderer`s bid is higher than the estimated contract value. The contracting authority requires a security to be lodged. The security is set at EUR 20 000.-. Details of the composition of the security shall be given in the documents to be submitted. Justification for the non-division of the contract into lots: The subject of the contract is one functionaly a whole which cannot be divided into parts. The contracting authority shall apply the condition under - 40 para. 6 pism. (g) public procurement law. Documents which the contracting authority is obliged to publish pursuant to Section 64 of the Public Procurement Act shall be published in the contracting authority`s profile on the UVO website. The contracting authority uses the option belowSection 66 (7) of the Public Procurement Act and thus the evaluation of the fulfillment of the conditions of participation and the evaluation of tenders in terms of meeting the requirements for the subject of the contract shall be carried out after the evaluation of tenders based on the award criteria.
