The contracting authority wishes to acquire and implement an integrated IT system document management, electronic archive and management-the relationship with citizens and the business environment. The system will ensure complete functionality in terms of traceability of activities within Galati City Hall services, both in terms of internal flows and public services.

The manner by which the fulfillment of the requirement can be demonstrated: the DUAE will be filled in by the economic operators participating in the award procedure-(bidders, third parties, subcontractors) with the information related to their situation and the Declaration on non-compliance with the situations stipulated in art. 60 of Law no. 98 / 2016.

The manner by which the fulfillment of the requirement can be demonstrated:The justifying documents proving the fulfillment of the undertaken by completing the DUAE are to be presented, at the request of the contracting authority, only by the tenderer placed on the first place in the intermediate rankings prepared to complete bid evaluation.
