Way of accomplishing:

The DUAE will be filled by the economic operators participating in the award procedure with the related information their situation. Several economic operators have the right to associate with the purpose of submitting the joint offer, having-the obligation to officially legalize the association only if the joint bid is declared winner. When a group of economic operators submits the joint offer, the technical and professional capacity is demonstrated by taking into account the resources of all the group members. If it is found that the first ranked offers have equal prices, you will be required to re-package in a closed envelope to split the bids. New quoted prices may not exceed the initial bid.
