Demantelement of the stators of Rhinau groups 1 and 2 and Marckolsheim group 3 and associated waste management

Demantelement of the stators of the hydraulic generators of Rhinau groups 1 and 2 and Marckolsheim group 3, containing asbestos at the level of winding, and waste management.

Main Site: Rhinau, Marckolsheim.

The services include for each group:

- the realthe provision and supply of contractual and regulatory documents, including the administrative procedures necessary for the execution of the works,

- the site-specific installation,

- the transfer of the stator to the dismantling site (inside the plant),

- the establishment of a dynamic confinement with its system of depression,

- the withdrawal of the winding and setting crate according to regulationasbestos removal,

- removal of the magnetic circuit and evacuation in skips,

- disassembly of 4 1/4 carcass and handling in the storage area,

- management, treatment and disposal of waste (asbestos or not) specific to the holder,

- the management and valuation of waste from the dismantling.

- the applicant must provide a declaration on the honor date and signed justifying thatit does not enter in any of the cases of prohibition of tender mentioned in articles 45 and 48 of the order n 2015-899 of 23.7.2015 relative to the public markets and in particular that it is in rule under articles L. 5212 -1 to L. 5212-11 of the Labor Code concerning the employment of disabled workers. This declaration is to be produced by the individual candidates, by each member of then candidate group and, where applicable, by the subcontractors present,

- the candidate must submit an extract from the relevant register such as an extract K bis, or, failing that, an equivalent document, allowing the candidate to be identified . This document is to be provided by the individual candidates and by each member of a candidate group.

To appreciate their economic and financial capacity, the applicants shall provide the following information or supporting documents: (1) statement as to the overall turnover of the candidate and, where applicable, the turnover of the area of activity covered by the contract, covering at most the last 3 financial years available according to the date of creation of the enterprise or the beginning of activity of the economic operator, insofar as the information on these turnover figures is available;

2) balance sheets or extracts from the balance sheet, for the last 3 years, of economic operators for whom the preparation of the balance sheets is compulsory by law;

3 ) appropriate bank statements or, where appropriate, proof of professional risk insurance.

If, for any good reason, In this case, the candidate is not able to produce the required information and documents, he is authorized to prove his economic and financial capacity by any other appropriate means.
