The works comprise the delivery of a reactive repair service to all ng homes housing stock which contain communal television aerials.

The contract period will be 36 months with an option to extend for a further 2-year period on a yearly basis dependant upon satisfactory KPI performance and agreement of contract rates.
The relevant requirement is set out in the ESPD, Part IV Selection Criteria [4A1a] Enrolment in a relevant professional register. The following statement clarifies the requirement:
If required by the member state, bidders are required to be enrolled in the relevant professional or trade registers within the country in which they are established.
