Printing of editions and materials

The subject of the contract is "Printing of printed editions and materials".

Main Site: The Contractor shall provide the Contracting Authority with the acceptance and delivery protocol ready and properly packed printed editions and materials. in the warehouse of the Employer, Sofia, 1, Knyaz Alexander I Square.

The subject of the public procurementa is "Printing of printed matter and materials".

The scope of the procurement includes the production and delivery of various types of printed publications and materials, detailed in section IB of the documentation. Design designs: For approved product variants, a printed color sample shall be provided on the material concerned, from which they will be made, for which a bilateral transceiver protocol is signed. After accepting the colored samples, the contractor prepares the products, which are checked by the contracting authority and the materials are made and delivered to the contracting warehouse.

Cont. III.2.2) ... Pursuant to Art. 12 of the PPA the contract is reserved for participation of specialized enterprises or cooperatives of people with disabilities. A participant who is a specialized enterprise or cooperative of disabled people may participate in the contract, provided that at least 30 percent of its list consists of disabled or disadvantaged persons. The same should ea has been registered as a specialized enterprise or cooperative of persons with disabilities at least 3 years before the date of the opening of this procurement procedure and can complete at least 80 per cent of its subject with its own machinery, equipment and human resource. To fulfill the second condition the participant may use subcontractors or invoke coversthird party therapies, if the subcontractors or third parties are specialized enterprises or cooperatives of persons with disabilities. The tenderer details how it fulfills this condition in Part II.A of the EDES (entry in the register under Article 83 of the Disabled Persons Act, % of disabled persons or disadvantaged persons from the list, % of the subject of the contract, which will run withown machines, equipment and human resources). Other interested parties may also participate in the reserved contract award procedure, but their tenders shall be considered only if no offers have been made to persons - a specialized enterprise or a cooperative of persons with disabilities. A participant may invoke the capacity of third parties or subcontractor (s) under the terms of Art. 65 and Art. 66 of the PPL. The participant declares the lack of grounds for removal and compliance with the selection criteria throughpresentation of the EEDEP. The participant selected as a contractor shall, before concluding the contract, submit the necessary documents in accordance with Art. 58 of the PPA, as well as a declaration under Art. 59, para. 1, item 3 of the LMML and declaration Art. 66, para. 2 of the LMML (if applicable). When the designated contractor is a non-personal union of physical and /or legal persons, the public procurement contract is concluded after the contractor submits to the contracting authority a certified copy of a tax registration and registration certificate under Bulstat or equivalent documents under the law of the country in which the association is established.
