Public procurement for providing managed printing services for the needs of the Central and Eastern European The TAI of NSSI includes the following types of services in its subject:

The assignor does not impose requirements on the fitness for exercise of professional activity. must have achieved turnover in the scope of the contract for the last 3 completed financial years

The requirement is declaredin the form attached to the procurement documentation - EEDOP (Part IV, point B) - Compliance with the requirement of economic and financial standing is proved in accordance with Art. 62, para. 1, item 1, item 3, item 4 of the Public Procurement Act with bank statements, annual financial statements or their components, where required, publication of a statement of the total turnover and / or turnover in the sphere fallingwithin the scope of the order. The Contracting Authority shall withdraw from participation in a procedure for awarding a public procurement a participant for whom one of the circumstances under Art. 54, para. 1 of the Public Procurement Act. The grounds under Art. 54, para. 1, items 1, 2 and 7 refer to the persons who represent the participant or the candidate, the members of the management and supervisory bodies and for other persons who have the power to exercise control-when making decisions by these authorities. Pursuant to Art. 55, para. 1 of the PPA, the assignor will remove from participation in the procedure each participant:

2.1. who has been declared insolvent or is in bankruptcy proceedings or is in liquidation or has concluded an out-of-court agreement with its creditors in the sense of Art. 740 of the Commercial Code, or has ceased its activity, and in the case of an applicantthe participant is a non-resident - is in a similar situation arising from a similar procedure under the law of the State in which he is established;

2.2. who has entered into an agreement with other persons for the purpose of distorting competition where the infringement has been established by an act of a competent authority;

2.3. which has been proved to be guilty of failure to comply with a public procurement or public procurement contract-a works or service concession contract leading to its early termination, payment of benefits or other similar sanctions, except where the non-performance affects less than 50 per 100 of the value or volume of the contract;

2.4. which has attempted to: (a) influence the decision of the assignor relating to the removal, selection or award, includingby providing false or misleading information; or (b) receive information that may give him an unjustified advantage in the procurement procedure. The assignor will remove a participant who is not entitled to participate in public procurement under Art. 3, item 8 of the ЗИФОДРУПРТРТТДДС, if the conditions under Art. 4 of the Act are not met and when it can not beidentification of the client through the means provided in the LMML, Art. 69 of the Civil Protection Act and Art. 101, para. 11 of the Public Procurement Act - Access to the electronic file of the public procurement is provided on the buyer profile under the identification number indicated in section II, item II.1.1 of the notice.
