Digitization, verification, quality improvement of the cadastral map and modernization of the EGiB database for 9 units of reference

The object of this order is digitalization, nification, improvement of the cadastral map quality and modernization of the EGiB database for 9 units of registration - carried out as part of the project entitled. "E-services in spatial information of the Krakow Poviat." The order is given in 9 parts.

The subject of this order is digitalization, verification, improvement of the quality of the cadastral map and modernization of the base-EGiB data of the registration unit Świątniki Gorne - town

The detailed description of the subject of the order and the terms of performing the order are included in the Technical Conditions for Part I, enclosure 9 to the Terms of Reference and the contract template constituting Appendix 3 to the ToR.

Condition for participation in the procedure, referred to in art. 22 ust. 1b point 2 of the Act, will be considered fulfilled when the contractor hasthat he is insured against civil liability in respect of his business related to the subject of the order for a guarantee sum not less than: - a) in part I: PLN 200, 000, (in words: two hundred thousand zlotys), and (b) in Part II IX: PLN 1, 000, 000 (in words: one million),

Throughout the term of the contract.

The contractor is obliged on the day of concluding the contractorder the orderer to have a certified copy of the insurance policy against civil liability in respect of the business related to the subject of the order for a guarantee sum not lower than indicated above, without excluding any risks related to the subject of the order. As regards the condition of possessing OC insurance, the value of guarantee sums will be added up depending on liin the part for which the contractor will submit an offer. • When submitting an offer, the contractor is obliged to pay a bid bond in the amount of:

1) for part I orders PLN 2, 000.00

2) for parts II-IX orders - PLN 6, 000.00 ( for each part)

1. To the offer (for this part of the order on which the offer is made) the contractor is obliged to attach a statement constituting the initial monsters as of the day of submitting the offersthat the contractor: 1) is not subject to exclusion; 2) meets the conditions for participation in the proceedings.

2. The contractor is obliged to submit the above-mentioned declaration in the form of a single European order document (EED), prepared in accordance with the standard form set out in the European Commission's implementing regulation based on Art. 59 par. 2 of the Directive 2014 /24 / EU,

III. The offer binding period is 60 days.

IV. 1. The offer consists of the following documents:

1) Completed Offer form enclosure 1 to SIWZ, in which you must provide:

a) gross price for the implementation of the individual part of the order (in PLN),

b) the date of warranty and quality guarantee for the individual part of the order (36 months, 42 months, 48 months, 54 monthse, 60 months).

2) Declaration of the EED, referred to in Chapter VII of the ToR, in the manner and scope outlined there.

3) Power of attorney authorizing to submit JEDZ if applicable. The power of attorney requires an electronic form signed with a qualified electronic signature.

4) The obligation referred to in Chapter VI, para. 5 point 1 if it concerns

V. Ordering party before granting the orderfor the contractor, whose offer was the highest rated in a given part of the order, to submit in the prescribed, not shorter than 10 days, the current date as of the day of submission of the following statements or documents: 1) information from the National Criminal Record, 2) certificate of the competent office head of taxation, 3) a certificate of the relevant local organizational unit of the Zakład UbezpSocial Security or Agricultural Social Insurance Fund, 4) copy from the relevant register or from the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity, 5) statements of the contractor regarding the premises for exclusion from the proceedings, 6) list of services performed, 7) list of persons, directed by the contractor to implementation of the public order, - Contractor within 3 days from the date of placement onwebsite of information referred to in art. 86 par. 5 of the Act (information from the opening of tenders), is obliged to provide the orderer with a declaration of belonging or non-affiliation to the same capital group, referred to in art. 24 sec. 1 point 23 of the Act. With the submission of a statement, the contractor may provide evidence that links with another contractor do not lead toof competition in the public procurement procedure (the declaration is attached as Appendix 6 to the ToR).

Note: For contractors who do not belong to any capital group (meaning no capital or personal links within the meaning of the Act on competition and consumer protection) Unified .: Journal of Laws of 2018, item 798), the Ordering Party allows the submission of the abovementioned statements together with-offer. In the event of any change in the subjective situation of the contractor, he is obliged to inform the contracting authority immediately. Contractors applying for the award of a contract can not be subject to exclusion pursuant to art. 24 sec. 1 of the Act. In addition, the contracting authority foresees the exclusion of the contractor based on the premises referred to in Article 24 sec. 5 points 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 acts
