The subject of the order is:

Main Site: Purchase of automotive fuels unleaded automotive gasoline according to the standard EN 228, diesel fuel according to STN EN 590 (hereinafter referred to as "PHM") and additional services (washing of personal enginesof the vehicles of the public purchaser / purchaser (s) supplied on the principle of accepting the fuel card as a means of non-cash payment for the withdrawal of fuel at all the service stations of the applicant / seller and his / her contractual partners including the issue and delivery of fuel cards,, provision of related services-with their supplier.

2) Purchase, i. supply and transport of fuel to the warehouse of the contracting authority / buyer on the basis of a purchase contract and the following order (s) / order (s)

3) purchase of ancillary services related to the wholesale supply of fuel to the storage of fuel to the contracting authority / purchaser. is given in the tender documents in annexThe public procurement may be awarded to an economic entity which fulfills the exigent terms of participation in the personal status according to - 32 par. 1 Act no. 343/2015 Coll. on Public Procurement and on Amendments to Certain Laws, as amended (hereafter referred to as the "Law").

The Applicant proves that the conditions for suchpersonal status according to - 32 par. 1 of the Act, documents pursuant to - 32 par. 2, resp. according to - 32 par. 4 and 5 of the Law.

The criminal integrity of a legal person, according to Act no. 91/2016 Z. z. on the criminal liability of the legal persons and on the amendment of certain laws.

The economic entity may provisionally replace the documents proving the fulfillment of the conditions in part with a single European documentArticle 39 1 law. The demonstration of the conditions of part-time is also effective vis---vis the public contracting authority pursuant to - 152 par. 4 of the Act.

The applicant entered in the list of economic subjects according to the law is not obliged to submit documents in the process of public procurement pursuant to - 32 par. 2 of the Act.

The contracting authority shall recognize an equivalent entry as entered in the list of economic entities under-the law or regis- tration certificate shall be issued by the competent body of another Member State by which the applicant establishes the fulfillment of the conditions of participation in the public procurement. The tenderer will also accept an equivalent document submitted by the tenderer. In the event that the tender is awarded to a group of contractors, proof of compliance with the conditions of the individual's personal status is required for eachmember of the group separately. 3) Criteria for evaluation of proposals:

Criteriam no. 1:

Allowed discount expressed in percent (%) of the average monthly retail unit price in EUR excluding VAT for the preceding month per 1 liter of octane fuel 95 (National annex EN STN 228 or equivalent: Automobile gas Super ) collected on the fuel card at the applicants' pumping stations - 15 points. 2:

Provided from the left expressin% of the average monthly retail unit price in EUR excluding VAT for the preceding month per 1 liter of diesel fuel with cetane number 51 (basic product line complying with the requirements of EN STN 590 or equivalent) withdrawn on a fuel card in a network of pumping stations Applicant - 15 points.

Kriterium č. 3:

The discount granted is expressed in% of the average monthly retail unitthe price in EUR excluding VAT for the preceding month per 1 liter of petrol with an octane number of 98 or more (National Supplement EN STN 228 or equivalent: Automobile Super Plus) collected on the fuel card at the applicant's pumping stations - 15 points. Criterion no. 4:

Discounted discount in% of the average monthly retail unit price in EUR excluding VAT for pre-(per cent of diesel fuel) (premixed product line in accordance with EN STN 590 or equivalent with a cetane number greater than 51), collected on a fuel card in the applicant's pumping station network - 15 points. 5:

Discounted discount in% of the average monthly retail unit price in EUR excluding VAT for extra services (washing of one personal motorof the vehicle of the public purchaser / purchaser) on the fuel card in the network - 10 points.

Kriterium č. 6:

Allowed discount expressed in% of the average monthly wholesale unit price in EUR excluding VAT for the previous month per 1 liter of octane fuel 95 for long-term PpkN, when withdrawn from the buyer's warehouse - 15 points.um no. 7:

The provided discount is expressed in% of the average monthly wholesale unit price in EUR excluding VAT for the previous month per 1 liter of diesel fuel with cetane number 51 for long-term storage of PpkN when withdrawn into the warehouse of the buyer - 15 points 4) Security is required at a cost of € 200, 000.
