Purchase of fuel for fuel cards and storage bins - benkalorov

The subject of this order is the purchase of diesel engines according to the standard STN EN 590 and gasoline with unleaded octane min. 95 according to the standard EN 228 large scale to the mass caterer of the contracting authority in quantities according to the continuous orders.

Main Site: Individual centerka RSUC Nitra a.s. located in the Nitra region. Exact description in the substrates.

Diesel engine, engine oil unleaded with octane number min. 95 with import into a designated bencalor for the provision of automotive and machinery park RSUC Nitra a.s. Fuel car fuel cards according to STN EN 228 and diesel fuel cards according to STN EN 590.

Total expected quantity:

Motor oil in bencalor - 1 271 000 liters,

Gasoline with oct. min. 95 to benkaloru - 6 000 liters,

Fuel cards - 150 pcs.

Fuel card withdrawal during the period of validity of the contract cca:

Motor oil - 200 000 liters,

Petrol with oct. min. 95 - 160, 000 liters.

1. The competitor must meet the conditions for the person's personal status according to - 32 par. 1 law-pursuant to Section 32 or Section 152 of the Public Procurement Act, (a) neither he, nor its statutory body, nor a member of the statutory body, nor a member of the Supervisory Body nor a Prosecutor, have been finally convicted of a criminal act of corruption, a criminal act of damaging the financial interests of the European Communities, the act of legalizing acceptance from crime, the crime of founding, plotting and promoting crimeterrorist offenses and certain forms of terrorism, the offense of trafficking in human beings, a criminal offense which has as its basis the conduct of a business or a criminal act in the course of a public procurement and public auction, (b) has no arrears of health insurance, social security and insurance premiums(c) has no tax arrears in the Slovak Republic or in the status of a place of business, place of business or usual residence; (d) bankruptcy has not been declared to be its property; is in restructuring, is not in liquidation, nor was there an insolvency proceedings against it for lack of property-(e) is authorized to supply goods, to perform construction works or to provide a service; (f) not be banned for a period of time in a public contract by a final decision in the Slovak Republic or in the status of a place of business, place of business or usual residence, g) has not been committed within 3 years of the date of the proclamation or demonstrablethe provision of a serious breach of an obligation in the sphere of protection of the environment, social law or labor law under special regulations, for which a sanction has been legally sanctioned so that the contracting authority and the procuring entity can prove that it has not, within the 3 years preceding the proclamation or demonstration of the public provision of serious professional misconductobligations which the contracting authority and the contracting authority can demonstrate. (2) The entrant or occupier proves the fulfillment of the conditions of the party under paragraph 1

(e) a document proving the right to deliver the goods, to perform construction work or to provide a service which corresponds to the subject of the contract; (f) Proof of honorable declaration.

In the case of an applicant who is the subject of a public procurement contract, a request is made(Section 32 of the Public Procurement Act) for each individual member of the Group separately. - Compliance with the conditions of part of the financial and economic status (- 33) or of technical or professional capacity (- 34) proves together. The public procurer will require the creation of a legal relationship in accordance with the provisions of the Zak. no. 512/1991Z. z. in the wording of the later regulations (Business Law), if the offer of a group of suppliers is accepted, on the basis of a proper conclusion and fulfillment of the contract, the group of contractors being obliged to contract as the leader of the group of suppliers one communication and invoicing company. Of the Slovak Republic proceeds in accordance with - 33 par. 4 and para. 5 of the Act. VYZthe submission of original or certified true copies of all the documents referred to in this point shall be required. The supporting documents are issued on the basis of a written request. If requested by fax, or by e-mail, the application must be delivered within 3 days and by post in the original form. In the case of personal receipt of the supporting documents, the application must be submitted to RSUC Nitra a.s., Šturov- č..147 949 65 Nitra on weekdays from 7.30 to 15.00

2. The working time of the contracting authority is between 7.00 and 15.00

3. The contracting authority reserves the right not to accept any offer if the price exceeds the financial limit reserved for the purchase of the subject of the bid, or the price will be very high. The bidder shall present his offer once in original paper formand in the electronic form of inserting attachments and certificates (PDF, JPG, etc.) on a CD / DVD in one enclosed package

5. Guidelines for e-auction in the tender documentation. The deadline for submitting a request for explanation of the tender documents or the information given in the notice of the award of the contract shall expire on 14.9.2018 at 14.00. An interested person is advised to send a request for explanation of the tender documentsin order to be able to use the institute of explanation of the tender documents
