Procurement of diesel oil for scheduled vehicles by framework agreement

Bernmobil intends to procure diesel oil as a fuel for road vehicles, over the period 2020-2024.

BERNMOBIL intends to use diesel oil as fuel for road vehicles 2020-2024 period.

There will be a framework agreement on the supplyfuel with the top 3 providers. This framework contract is limited to max. five years (2020-2024), whereby individual orders or partial contracts are to be delivered on demand.

The optional total volume of this award over all 3 framework contracts and over the maximum total period of 5 years is limited to 6 million liters.

Partial offers are not eligible

Conditions for non-WTO member countries: none.

Terms and conditions: according to the terms of reference.

Negotiations: None, changes may be made in the context of the revision of the framework contract.

Procedural principles: The contracting authority awards public contracts only to suppliers, which the compliance with the health and safety regulations and the Aworking conditions for women and men and equal pay for men and women. The Supplier undertakes to comply fully with the required minimum requirements for procedural principles in accordance with Article 24 OeBV. Remedies: According to Article 14 of the Act on Public Procurement Law, this invitation to tender may be subject to this invitation to tendersen (BSG 731.2; OeBG) within 10 days since the opening of a written complaint to the governing body Bern-Mittelland, Poststrasse 25, 3071 Ostermundigen. Any complaint must include an application, facts and evidence, a statement and a signature. The contested decision and tangible evidence must be enclosed. One all14 (3) OeBG)

Final date / Remarks: Tenders must be submitted with the designation "Diesel 2020" to the address under 1.2 and the note "Please do not open". The offer price must be computed on the basis of the market price of 5.12.2019 to ensure comparability. Price information for MengenkontrAct are to be kept binding until 15.1.2020.
