Fuel Supply - diesel Euro 5 Diesel for circulating vehicles STB SA

Main Site: STB Units SADDLE situated on the territory of the Municipality of Bucharest and specified in the annex to the framework agreement. Euro 5 diesel: minimum 71 722 435 liters, maximum 75 497 980 liters; and

B. Lead-free petrol on a card: minimum 41 620 liters, maximum 42 000 liters; Rental of mobile stations; minimum 1, maximum 2 and for the installation of additional dispensers: minimum 1, maximum 3.

The estimated value is calculated for the maximum quantity of products.

The bidders, the supporting third parties and the subcontractors must not be found in the situations stipulated in art. 73, 177, 178, 180 from Legea nr. 99/2016. The DUAE will be filled in by the economic operators participating in the award procedure (including the associate / third party) with information related to their situation. All economic operators will also submit the declaration of non-compliance in the situations stipulated in art. 73 of Law 99/2016 (Form 4) together with the HUAA. The supporting documents proving the fulfillment of theassumed by completing the DUAE, shall be submitted, at the request of the contracting authority, only by the tenderer placed on the first place in the intermediate rankings drawn up at the completion of the evaluation of the tenders. These documents may be:

1) certificates of absence of overdue debts regarding the payment of taxes, duties or contributions to the general consolidated budget (budget l(2) the criminal record of the economic operator and of the members of the administrative, management or supervisory body of the respective economic operator or of those who have the power of representation, decision-making or control within it, as it results from the certifying certificate issued by the ONRC / constitutive act; 3) as the case may be, which demonstrates that the economic operator may benefit from the derogations provided in art. 179 par. (2), art. 180 par. (2), art.184 of Law 99/2016 on Public Procurement, 4) other editorial documents, as appropriate.

The information contained in these documents must be valid / actual at the time of submission.
