Contractors who can prove the lack of grounds for exclusion from the proceedings referred to in art. 24 sec. 1 and par. 5 point 1

of the Act. No grounds for exclusion must be confirmed by each of the Contractors jointly applying for the order and afterentities, on abilities the Contractor relies in the mode of art. 22a of the Act.
