Car fuel supply from the distribution stations of the supplier in order to operate the cars from the RADET Bucharest

Minimum and Maximum Estimated Rate of Agreementu:

- Standard diesel - minimum 1 l - maximum 1 105 000 l,

- Standard gasoline 95 - minimum 1 l - maximum 134 800 l.

Minimum and maximum quantities of a single subsequent contract:

- Standard diesel - minimum 1 l - maximum 221 000 l,

- Standard gasoline 95 - minimum 1 l - maximum 26 960 l.

Estimated value, exclusive of VAT: RON 5 956 698.

Requirement 1:

The bidders, third parties and subcontractors must not-to find themselves in the situations provided in art. 177, 178, 180 of Law no. 99 / 2016.

The manner by which the fulfillment of the requirement can be demonstrated: it will be completed by the economic operators participating in the award procedure with the information related to their situation. The supporting documents demonstrating the fulfillment of the undertaken by completing the DUAE are to be presented at thethe contracting entity, only the tenderer placed on the first place in the interim ranking made at the completion of the tender evaluation. These documents may be:

1) certificates of absence of overdue debts regarding the payment of taxes, duties or contributions to the general consolidated budget (local budget, state budget, etc.) at the moment of presentation;the economic operator and the members of the management, management or supervisory body of the economic operator or of those having the power of representation, decision or control within the economic operator as it results from the certifying certificate issued by the ONRC / act constituent; 3) as the case may be, documents demonstrating that the economic operator can benforce the derogations provided for in art. 179 par. (2), art. 180 par. (2), art. 184 of Law 99/2016 on Sector Acquisitions; 4) other editorial documents, as the case may be.

Non-resident economic operators (foreigners) have the right to present any editorial documents demonstrating that they have fulfilled their obligations to pay taxes, taxes and contributions to the budgetin accordance with the requirements of the country of origin or the country in which the tenderer / candidate is established, issued by the competent authorities of the country of origin (such as certificates, tax records or other equivalent documents). Documents will be accompanied by their certified translation into Romanian.

Bidders, third-party suppliers and subcontractors must not find themselves in the situations provided by art. 73 of Law no. 99/2016.
