Fuel purchase is required for the proper performance of the specific inspection, control and supervision activities exercised by the public "Fuel with the electronic card system"

Reference Number: CARBURANT CARD 2019 with the vehicles in the ANR fleet.

Main Site: Romanian Naval Authoritya, port no. In view of the fact that during the implementation of the framework agreement it is possible to supplement the products it is advisable to conclude a framework agreement with the estimation of minimum and maximum quantities, and subsequent contracts will be concluded. The number and duration of contracts will be determined by the budget funds that can be assigned to this destination.

Up-to-date supporting documents demonstrating the fulfillment of the Californian criteriaaccording to the information contained in the DUAE, shall be submitted, at the request of the contracting authority, only by the tenderer ranked on the 1st rank in the interim ranking made when the evaluation of the tenders is finalized; of the obligations to the consolidated general budget of the state and to the actual local budgetwhich demonstrates the fulfillment of the qualification criteria in accordance with the information contained in the DUAE and which must attest to the lack of overdue debts at the time of their filing,

The judicial record, valid at the date of its submission, according to the legislation in force, of the economic operator and of each member of the management, management or supervisory bodyof the respective economic operator or of those who have the power of representation, decision or control within it, as it results from the certifying certificate issued by the ONRC / constitutive document,

The way to prove the fulfillment of the requirements: tick and complete the DUAE by the economic operators participating in the award procedure with the information related to their situation: the number and date of the supporting documents, their period of validity, the issuer.
