Estimated quantities up to 31.12.2019, estimated gasoline20, 050 liters (72 cartes x 25 sheets x 50 RON / plate), 135, 500 liters diesel,

- Quantities estimated from 1.1.2020 to 30.4.2020, according to art. 165 of GD no. 395/2016, an estimated value of 5, 775 liters (21 books x 25 sheets x 50 RON / file), 47, 442 liters of diesel fuel.

Only the Single European Procurement Document (DUAE) will be submitted at the deadline for submission of tenders, its declarations / certificatesbe submitted only upon completion of the evaluation of the offers, under the conditions of art. 196 of Law no. 98/2016 on public procurement. 1) Tenderers and subcontractors must not find themselves in the situations referred to in Art. 164, 165, 167 of Law no. 98 / 2016.

The supporting documents proving the fulfillment of the undertaken by completing the DUAE are to be presented, at the request of the contracting authority, by the economic operators participating in the award procedure (including any third parties and subcontractors) only by the bidder placed in the 1st placeThe following documents may be:

- Finding certificates for the absence of overdue debts, taxes or contributions to the general consolidated budget (local budget, state budget, etc.) at the moment of presentation, The criminal record of the economic operator and of each member of the management body, in chargeor supervision of the respective economic operator or of those who have the power of representation, decision or control in the same, as it results from the certifying certificate issued by the ONRC / constitutive act,

- Where appropriate, documents proving the fact that the economic operator may benefit from the derogations provided in art. 166 par. (2), art. 167 par. (2), art. 171 of Legit nr. 98/2016 on public procurement, - Other editing documents, as appropriate; 2) The decision-making bodies of the contracting authority, those with powers of representation from the ancillary services provider, as well as those involved in the procedure from the latter, are presented as follows:

The way in which the fulfillment of the requirement can be demonstrated: the economic operators participating in the award procedure will be filled in with the information related to their situation. The supporting documents proving the fulfillment of the assumed ones by completing the DUAE, respectively the certifying certificate emis of ONRC or in the case of foreign tenderers, equivalent documents issued in the country of residence shall be submitted, at the request of the contracting authority, only by the tenderer placed on the first place in the intermediate rankings completed at the evaluation of the tenders. must prove a form of registration under the law of the country of residenceto prove that the economic operator is legally constituted, that he is not in any of the situations of cancellation of establishment, and that he has the professional capacity to carry out the activities that are the subject of the contract.

Turnover annual average of the last 3 years (2016, 2017, 2018). If the economic operator demonstrates its economic and financial situationinvoking the support given by one or more third parties, then he / she has the obligation to prove his / her support by presenting a firm commitment from the third party / third party.
