Supply of fuels, for the transport of vehicles.

This study concerns the supply of fuels for the transportation needs of the Municipality of Dafni - Ymittos. The Municipality had previously, in the current financial year, proceeded with the procedure of a single, open international competition: for the needs of the Municipality, the Social Policy Organization and the SchoolCommittees, the result of which, however, 180/2018 Act of the Court of Auditors, no. Prototype 38294 / 29.6.2018, on pre-contractual control only, for the fuel supply group, namely, unleaded gasoline line 1 and diesel fuel line 2, was not approved. Therefore, the Municipality is required to launch a new, open international onetender for the supply of motor fuels

Supply of unleaded petrol, for the transport of vehicles.

Economic operators involved in the process of concluding this contract are required to engage in commercial, industrial or craft activity related to the subject of supply. Economic operators established in a Member State of the European Union requirethey must be registered in one of the professional or trade registers kept in their State of establishment or satisfy any other requirement laid down in Annex XI of Appendix A to Law 4412/2016. In the case of economic operators established in a Member State of the European Economic Area (EEA) or in third countries that have acceded to the SSS, or third parties-countries which are not covered by the previous case and have concluded bilateral or multilateral agreements with the Union on public procurement procedures are required to be registered in appropriate professional or commercial registers. Businesses established in Greece are required to be registered with the Chamber of Craftsmen or the Chamber of Commerce or Industry or the RegistryManufacturers of Defense Material
