The subject of the contract is the delivery of fuel (gasoline and diesel) for motor vehicles, based on credit cards (87 pcs. )

33, 600 liters of gasoline, 497, 280 liters of diesel fuel.and the initial presentation of the DUAE as the first proof of non-compliance with the exclusion and capacity requirements (please consult the DUAE user guide developed by ANAP, available at www.anap.gov.ro)

The bidders, the bidders associates, subcontractors do not have to be found in the situations stipulated in art. 177, 178 and 180 from Leqea no. 99 / 2016.

The way throughwhich can be demonstrated to meet the requirement: Will be completed with DUAE in accordance with NAPA Notification no. 240/2016 by the economic operators participating in the award procedure with the information related to their situation. The supporting documents proving the fulfillment of the undertaken by completing the DUAE shall be submitted, at the request of the contracting authority, only by the tendererhe ranked I in the intermediate rankings completed at the end of the bid evaluation. These documents may be:

1) certificates of lack of overdue debts regarding the payment of their taxes, duties or their contributions to the consolidated general budget (local budget, state budget, etc.) at the time of the presentation,

2) the criminal record of the operator economic and organ membersthe management or the supervision of the economic operator or of those who have the power of representation, decision or control within it, as it results from the certifying certificate issued by the ONRC / constitutive act, 3) as the case may be, documents demonstrating that the economic operator may benefit from the derogations provided in art. 179 par. (2), art. 180 par. (2), art. 184 of Law 99/2016 on Public Procurement; 4) other editorial documents, as the case may be.

The bidders / associates / subcontractors participating in the award procedure must not be in the situations provided by art. 73 of Law 99/2016. In this respect, with the submission of the DUAE, the participants will submit a declaration on their own responsibility for non-compliancethe views of art. 73 of Law 99 / 2016.
